Andreea has more than 10 years of experience in the property management. She studied in finance at the Montreal University. She possesses a formation in psychology, what allows her to emphasize her leadership as well as the management of her employees. Andreea work her way up in the Rovida company, what allowed her to obtain the position of Administrative Director. She continues to pursue her professional development to keep up to date and staying abreast of all new technologies and to deepen her knowledge of real estate.
A graduate in mechanical engineering since 1989, Mr. Victor has gained experience as a mechanical designer and mold designer. In 2005, Mr. Victor went to property management to work as an administrative manager. He currently has more than 10 years of experience in the complete management of condominiums. He has a great knowledge in all the equipment that is part of the smooth functioning of the building, including the mechanical system, the electricity system, fire system and many others.
Nicolas Tétrault is a former Montreal city councilor and political scientist who began his political career at 17. He built a successful real estate business, founded and sold a major agency, and co-owns two Montreal radio stations. He has led major commercial real estate deals and advises top business leaders. Tétrault also holds advanced degrees and has trained in counterterrorism strategy. He now offers consulting and networking services in Canada and internationally.
